Thank you to TD Friends of the Environment
The Friends are happy to be able to continue to financially support the Piping Plover program at Wasaga Beach. This past year we received $5,497 from TD Friends of the Environment for the production of educational panels that will be installed at the newly completed Plover Hut. Ramping was added around the building last fall and with the addition of the educational panels we look forward to its use as a facility that will provide environmental education about the endangered Piping Plovers and beach stewardship.
